VIOLATIONS:  The Respondent's oil production facility was a  point source  of  discharge  of  pollutants,  to the receiving waters of a tributary of Candy Creek, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 24 North, Range 12 East, Washington County, Oklahoma.  The discharge of oil field brine was documented during a June 13, 2005, inspection.


RELIEF:  The Order specifies that the Respondent should cease all discharges of pollutants, take corrective actions, and perform remediation and restoration to impacted soils.  It also recommends that the Respondent reconstruct the secondary containment, and install an automatically operated sump pump.
