An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Craig Martin on July 15, 2005, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On February 15, 2005, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture conducted an on-site compliance inspection which revealed that this facility's records were not kept properly and the animal waste containment structures required repairs, unsatisfactory to the permits requirements. This Order requires the facility to ensure that rainfall events and liquid effluent levels in the containment structures are recorded, and the embankments are maintained properly.
