EPA Cites Von Roll America, Inc., East Liverpool, OH for RCRA Violations
On June 23, 2005, EPA Region 5 filed an administrative complaint under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act against Von Roll America, Inc., for operations its incinerator facility in East Liverpool, Ohio. The violations were identified during inspections at the facility and through information requested from the company. In particular, the facility was cited for violations under the RCRA Subpart CC air emissions standards for tanks, as well as for violations of its federal RCRA permit. A $643,908 fine was proposed.
The case is being superceded/combined with the CAA enforcement case.
