No SWPPP was avilable during the inspection, the SWPPP is required to be on-site. Records of weekly and/or bi-weekly inspection on the site, were not available as required. Stormwater and Management Constrols on the site must be improved as described in the report. The site was cleared, but has been out of operation for approximately 5 months and therefore the entire site must be immediately stablized until construction begins, to limit the erosion during this period. The construction start date was prior to the NOI submittal date.
