Region 6 EPA and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) coordinated in the second round of the Auto Salvage Initiative. This initiative was launched to bring storm water non-complying operators in the industry into compliance with the Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit. Cepeda's Auto Salvage and Mech was one of the facilities included in the Initiative.
