This Notice of Violation is sent to the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources for violations at the Elk Creek Village. Elk Creek Village failed to monitor for pesticides and failed to provide public notice of the violations. If the State does not commence appropriate enforcement action within 30 days, EPA will proceed with issuance of an Administrative Order.
