This Notice of Violation is isued to the Division of Drinking Water, Utah Department of Environmental Quality for violations at Camp Zarahemla. Camp Zarahemla failed to monitor for total coliform, failed to provide public notice of the violations, and failed to report the violations to the State. If the State does not commence appropriate action within 30 days, EPA will issue an Administrative Order.
