GRECO ENTERPRISES (NMU001458): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted November 3, 2004, at the construction site of the State National Bank and Office Building. Greco Enterprises was the General Developer with over all control of the plans and specification for the site. It was determined that Greco Enterprises had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) nor submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI) for permit coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit. An Expedited Settlement Offer was extended and Greco Enterprises accepted. The Consent Agreement and Final Order has been sent to Public Notice.
