This is a Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) pursuant to RCRA issued to JG Sablan Rock Quarry, Inc. The violation involves improper handling of solid and hazardous wastes in a manner that may present an imminent and substantial endangerment. The Order directs Respondent to ensure that all containers of solid and hazardous wastes are kept securely closed, transfer the wastes to containers that are in good condition, submit to EPA for approval a waste determination and a disposal plan for the wastes at the facility, and submit to EPA for approval a work plan to investigate and remediate the effects of the releases of used oil, sulfuric acid, lead, and any other solid or hazardous wastes at the facility.
