This is a field citation utilizing the Expedited Settlement procedures of RCRA-UST. A field citation was issued for failure to continue operation and maintenance of release detection in a temporarily closed tank system. U.S. EPA issued the citation as part of an initiative involving underground storage tank facilities in American Samoa. (Date of Issue: 11/15/04).
