This notice of violation is issued to the Utah Department of Environmental Quality for violations at the Clear Creek Camp - Alpine School District. The violations consist of failure to monitor for total coliform, failure to provide public notice of the violations, and failure to notify the State of the violations. If the State does not initiate appropriate enforcement action within 30 days from the receipt of this notice, EPA will proceed with issuance of an administrative order.
