This facility was one of several UST facilities selected for inspection because of it's location in a ground water endangerment risk area in NYS. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-1031, in the amount of $750, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.21(d): failure to provide spill and overfill prevention system for a tank; and 280.41(a): failure to monitor tanks at least every 30 days; and 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system.
