The facility was inspected and was in violation of the RCRA Subpart BB and CC rules. The facility failed to monitor its pumps and valves on a monthly basis and also failed to monitor its pressure release device to demonstrate NDE, the facility also failed to calculate the maximum organic vapor pressure of the organic hazardous waste stored in its tanks.
