The 5993 well is located in Pondera County, Montana in the SW quarter of the NE quarter of Section 10, T31N, R6W. The 5991 well is located in Pondera County, Montana in the NW quarter of the SE quarter of S34, T32N, R6W. Both wells are owned and/or operated by Respondent and are located within the exterior boundaries of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation.
