This is a Civil Judicial Referral pursuant to CERCLA in which EPA requests that the Department of Justice bring an action against the Raymond and Donnis Holbrook Trust, a potentially responsible party at the Waste Disposal, Inc. Site. The Complaint will seek injunctive relief for performance of a portion of the remedial action and cost recovery for all unreimbursed past costs, with interest. EPA and the PRP have negotiated the terms of a consent decree and referred this consent decree to the Department of Justice.
