This is a Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) pursuant to CERCLA Section 106 issued to Industrial Zinc Platers, Inc., Raymond Ball, and Islander Extremes, Inc. Respondents are potentially responsible parties for the release or threatened release of hazardous substances. The Order directs Respondents to remove hazardous substances from the facility and cleanup the Site.
