This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to FIFRA issued to OPI Products Inc. The violation involves failure of OPI Products to submit their annual pesticide production report for their registered producing establishment. This is the second time the company has failed to report. OPI Products received an administrative penalty Complaint last year, and agreed to payment of a penalty for that violation. Again, for the current violation, OPI Products has agreed to payment of a penalty in the amount of $6500.
