This facility was referred to the UST program by the EPA Region 2 RCRA program. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-598, in the amount of $150, for the following violation: 40 CFR 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system. To address the violation the facility conducted cathodic protection tests of their two Sti-P3 USTs and repaired the USTs' cathodic protection systems as per the contractor's recommendations.
