VIOLATIONS:  The Respondentï¿½s facility was a ï¿½point sourceï¿½ ï¿½dischargeï¿½ of ï¿½pollutants,ï¿½ specifically oil field brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Walker Branch, located in Wise County, Texas.  An June 30, 2005, EPA inspection documented the discharge of oil field brine from the facility.


RELIEF:  RELIEF:  The Order specifies that the Respondent should take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants and to neutralize the brine contaminated areas.  A follow-up inspection will determine the extent of compliance with the Order.
