This is an Administrative Penalty Action pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act issued to CRV Enterprises and C. Ryan Voorhees. The violation involves unauthorized discharge of fill material into approximately 3 acres of waters of the United States during construction of a residential subdivision in Valley Springs, California. The parties have reached a settlement agreement by which Respondents will pay $47,500 in penalties (injunctive relief in this matter was resolved by an earlier Administrative Order on Consent).
