An inspection was attempted at one of Mr. Goode's properties in Rochester, NY, in May of 2004. Mr. Goode was unavailable. A follow-up information request letter was sent to him in February of 2005. In his answer, Mr. Goode indicated that he owns 10 buildings in Rochester that he rents out. Mr. Goode was not disclosing to his tenants.
