This Successor Addendum to an Agreement and Covenant Not to Sue represents EPA's and DOI's written consent to transfer certain rights, benefits, and obligations of the Agreement to Settling Respondent, The Conservation Fund. After purchase, the Settling Respondent shall be transferring the West Parcel to the BLM in a simultaneous closing.
