Shell Trading and on behalf of Shell Oil Products US and Motiva Enterprises disclosed violations to EPA. Companies had requested clarification f regulatory interpretation of test rule at 40 CFR 799.5115 before confirming disclosure of TSCA violations. Companies do not agree with Agency's clarification but have submitted disclosures under the Audit Policy.
