Respondent is required to perform sampling prior to any process wasteater discharges to the municipal sanitary sewer system and to properly handle and dispose of metal finishing wastes. This Order was made part of the terms of probation for the May 11, 2005, sentencing by Judge Barbara Lynn. Terms of probation last 3 years and include a $150,000 penalty.
