EPA has determined that the Tribes' handling of solid waste at the Fort Belknap Agency, Hays and Lodge Pole container sites on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation presents an imminent and substantial endangerment. This order, issued to the Fort Belknap Indian Community Council, requires that certain actions taken by the FBIC and Prairie Mountain Utilities to abate the identified endangerment.
