Facility reported that a single 55 gallon drum of stoddard solvent (listed as hazardous based solely on its flash point) was not picked up and disposed of in a timely fashion. They determined that this drum had been stored for 14 months, five months over the limit. They have taken steps to prevent further noncompliance.
