This referral requests DOJ to initiate action against Kerr-McGee for violations of the National Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Oil and Gas Production Facilities. Two facilities are involved in this action: Cottonwood Wash Compresor Station and Ouray Compressor Station.
