NMED/SWQB conducted an inspection of the Taos Gravel Products-Concrete& Asphalt Plant located North of Taos at NM 522/64 Intersection in Taos, NM on September 29, 2004. The inspection found the facility non-compliant with NPDES Storm Water regulatory requirements. EPA issued enforcement action against the Respondent on Augsut 25, 2005, ordering immediate compliance with possible penalty.
