NMED/SWQB inspected the construction development project of the Rio Rancho High School located in Rio Rancho, NM. The inspection found that the contractor Real Turf & Putting Greens failed to obtain proper NPDES storm water permit coverage for this development. EPA issued an enforcement action against Respondent, that ordered immediate compliane and financial penalty.
