On October 27, 2004, New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services inspectors conducted an inspection at the facility. Respondents violated 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M by failing to submit a 10-day nofication of intent to demolish, failing to remove RACM prior to the demolition, and failing to ensure that stripped/removed RACM remained wet until properly contained or disposed of.
