November 4, 2004, EPA inspected constructive activities for the Rehabilitation Hospital of Southwestlocated in Las Cruces, NM. The facility was found in violation of NPDES permit requirements. EPA issued a penalty enforcement action on March 31, 2005. The owner of the facility complied with the conditions of the enforcement action on September 8, 2005.
