This proposed order and penalty complaint with notice of opportunity for hearing is issued to Newfield Exploration Company for failure to demonstrate mechanical integrity; failure to plug and abandon the East Red Wash well after ceasing injection activities for more than 2 years; failure to submit an annual monitoring report; and for exceeding the maximum authorized injection pressure of the Odekirk well.
