This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to CAA (D)(1) issued to Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC) for self-disclosed violations (failing to submit Initial Notifications and Initial Statements of Compliance for 3 halogenated solvent degreasers). SLAC disclosed and corrected the violations within 60 days of discovery as required by the Audit Policy. As a result, under the Audit Policy this action provides 100% mitigation of the $84,000 penalty (zero dollars assessed) .
