This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to SDWA issued to the Castle Family Limited Partnership regarding the Coral Apartments. The respondent operates five large capactiy cesspools that were not closed by the April 5, 2005 deadline. The violation involves the continued use of cesspools allowing the discharge of raw sewage directly into the ground.
