This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) requiring Phoenix Newspapers Inc. to conduct a Focused Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study at its former facility within Operable Unit 3 of the Motorola 52nd Street Superfund Site in Phoenix, Arizona. In addition, Phoenix Newspapers will pay EPA's past and future costs associated with the RI/FS into a special account.
