This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to EPCRA issued to Natural Selection Foods, LLC in resolution of a self-disclosed violation. The violation involves failure to timely submit MSDS information and annual chemical inventory information for its formerly operated Yuma, Arizona facility. This enforcement action utilizes a Consent Agreement/Final Order initiating and resolving the violations pursuant to 40 CFR Sections 22.13 and 22.18. Respondent received a 100% penalty mitigation (zero penalty assessed).
