Francisco Domingues and FKJ Realty, LLC were not doing lead-based paint disclosure. Seven leases were reviewed. Six of the violations occurred after 3/15/04, so those penalties were increased for inflation. Affected buildings contain a total of sixty-six units. Settlement has no SEP because $148K of risk reduction work was already done.
