This proposed order and penalty complaint is issued to Steve Sturtz, owner of Dillon Auto Repair, for failure to submit information regarding this Class V well; failure to submit a written schedule for retrofitting the facility and/or plugging the drain; and failure to close or retrofit the Class V disposal system.
