October 30, 2003: United States entered a Consent Decree under Sections 106 and 107 of CERCLA, whereby Defendant Nassau Metals Corporation Inc. will conduct remedial design and remedial action of the last phase of cleanup at the Eastern Diversified Metals Superfund Site, located in Hometown, PA. Defendant is currently in compliance with the terms of this settlement.
