During an inspection on 3/29/2005, it was determined that Federal Signal had trichloroethylene above the minimum threshold level for calendar years 2002 and 2003 and nitric acid above the minimum threshold level for calendar 2003. The owner/operator of the facility never submitted the TIER Forms to the SERC, LERC or the local fire department for 2002 and 2003 by the March 1 deadline.
