U.S. EPA FILES AN ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT AGAINST HUTTON AUTO BODY, ALSO KNOWN AS TRI-VILLAGE AUTO BODY
On September 29, 2005, Region 5 filed an Administrative Complaint (Complaint) against Hutton Auto Body (Hutton) located at 1532 Burgundy Parkway, Streamwood, Illinois. The Complaint alleges that Hutton violated Federal law by failing to respond to a �3007 Information Request. The Complaint requires a civil penalty of $102,680.
