An Administrative Complaint has been issued against RH Crown, Co., Inc. for failing to submit Tier II forms to the State Emergency Response Commission, Local Emergency Planning Committee and the local fire department for the years 2001, 2002 and 2003 by March 1 of the years 2002, 2003 and 2004, respectively in violation of Section 312 of EPCRA EPA seeks a penalty in the amount of $12,625.
