At the time of inspection, Labrador Building Systems Inc. was not performing Lead-Based Paint Disclosure at it's rental properties.
Subsequent conversations with the company management indicatd that window and door replacement had recentlly been done at the house, reducing the Lead Based paint hazard. Invoices were submitted as proof.
