U.S. EPA is issuing the APO concurrently with this CAFO. Under this CAFO, International will pay a penalty of $445,960 and provide $145,000 of diesel retrofits to the Indygo, Indianapolis municipal bus system. In addition, U.S. EPA is also issuing an Administrative Order that requires that International obtain the proper permits for its cold box core machines as well complying with the requirements of the Iron and Steel Foundry MACT, 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEEEE.
