This is a Civil Judicial Referral pursuant to CERCLA Section 107, 42 U.S.C. sec. 9607 seeking recovery of EPA's response costs from Honeywell International, Inc. and Al Kaplan/Nehemiah Development Co. for removal actions conducted by EPA and for oversight of PRP response actions at the Central Eureka Mine Site in Amador County, California. The Complaint will seek recovery of EPA's costs of $4,291,087.24.
