Summary

Kahan & Associates, Inc. CWA-06-2006-1707 OKU000576 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil production facility was a point source of discharge of pollutants, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Little River, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 8 North, Range 5 East, Seminole County, Oklahoma. The discharge of oil field brine was documented during a August 23, 2005, inspection. RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should cease all discharges of pollutants, take corrective actions to prevent deficiencies, remove a drain valve, and perform remediation and restoration to impacted soils. It also recommends that the Respondent reconstruct the secondary containment, and install an automatically operated sump pump. Matt Rudolph 5-6434.
