This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) pursuant to CERCLA 122h (cost recovery agreement). Respondent is the Glidden Company. Under the AOC, Respondent agrees to reimburse $95,000 of the $204,000 EPA incurred in response to hazardous substances at the Perris Drum Site.
