Respondent to perform an RI/FS for the Site pursuant to the administrative order on consent. Respondent will be performing sampling and other activities in order to determine what remedial actions are necessary for contaminated groundwater and soils at the Site. Respondent will also reimburse EPA's past costs and will reimburse EPA for its future costs as well.
