This is an administrative consent agreement and final order pursuant to RCRA issued to Specialty Coatings Company dba Specialty Finishes Company The violations include storage of hazardous waste without a permit; failure to close containers of hazardous waste; failure to file a Biennial Report; and failure to maintain an adequate training program. The consent agreement requires a penalty of $26,200.
