This is an Administrative Order (AO) pursuant to the SDWA issued for failure to monitor and report inorganics, VOCs, pesticides and other required contaminants. The violations also involved failure to issue public notices when the system failed to carry out the required monitoring. This AO seeks to correct these omissions. This AO involved multiple parties.
